a. To conduct broad investigation and research on the condition of Nepalese indigenous/ethnic women.
b. To organize various kinds of programs to empower economic, educational and intellectual working abilities of indigenous women.
c. To provide free legal service to indigenous women and children for establishing their legal rights.
d. To protect the rights of indigenous/ethnic women and to organize various kinds of legal awareness programs for eliminate various women.
e. To research, investigation and study various national and international laws relating to indigenous/ethnic communities.
f. To collect various national and international information on indigenous/ethnic communities and publish information materials.
g. To conduct various kinds of empowerment training programs to politically empower indigenous/ethnic women
